Cuba currently has a shortfall of 103,000 barrels per day. Varadero Field is the largest with 10.5 -14.3API) so worst case any oil can be used in Cuba.
24.0 API was found at marti and 24.5 at Guadal 1 (diagram below) and that is what they are expecting to find with the current appraisal
AP stated that 1b 19.0API oil (with no sulphur) is of export quality
