The Bell Potter analyst was in full favour of the company but incorrectly had it as a HOLD based on the incorrect interpretation of the 1-5 scale used to score all the various categories from the research results. She thought 5 was the highest score when in actual fact 1 is the highest and 5 is the lowest. So the actual results were low numbered - 2 which she interpreted as not great.....which Jon quickly corrected later. The analyst has since put a BUY on it. Both analysts agreed that this company is very special. Both have a BUY on it.
