The small pipeline could be ordered and installed within months. The ground has already been disturbed by existing infrastructure.

The issues are:

* pilot plant - no money

* licencing approvals - the company is unable to complete all of the information - funding, gas volumes etc - required on the application at this time.

* money - they don't have any

* weather - it gets cold and a lot of snow around November through April at the well site - work difficult to undertake as a result.
