Wasn’t the rhetoric coming out of the AGM that they wanted to prevent a takeover ?
SI taking up an additional 10 million shares in the offer still did not return his holding to a 10% blocking stake on his own given we will now end up with over 1 billion shares on issue, so he will be reliant on others in blocking any takeover situation ….. I do wonder if he will offer any shortfall to Gregory George ?
I would hazard a guess that if things are amicable between them, then he would and we know Gregory George has stopped buying shares on market after some aggressive on market buying this year ….. on the other hand if Gregory George / SurgeCenter are not happy with their level of involvement in the CLBP trial in the USA then it wouldn’t surprise me if Gregory George rounded up big $ in the USA and took a swipe at taking over the company - we all know there is plenty of $ in the USA for investment
