I refuse to believe that two large corporations (not retail equity firms) chose to tip in $2m each for a piece of a company with no solid prospects for a near-term BOA or impending revenue-generating operation of some kind. If shares go lower now, it's because of weak schmucks moving on to the next trading opportunity.
