not evidence based and purely speculation…yesterday’s announcements regarding performance rights and bonus payments being taken as shares versus cash may provide insight into recent sluggish share price and constant selling into news.
Think about it. It’s quite rare for a listed company to openly and regularly declare the need for near term capital raising in 2024. Such communication will prompt selling as investors prepare for such capital raising activity. Why wouldn’t you sell now knowing you will have the opportunity to buy back either via the raise or in the period after the raise during the likely indigestion that ensues. Twelve months ago the share price was below 3.5c so significant tax reduced profits to be made.

The chairman has openly signalled the need to raise capital in 2024 and significant new customers are nowhere to be seen.
Now that our well deserving management team and board have taken their shares at a great price, let’s see what transpires.

This is an incredible business that only 18months ago had a dream to reinvent itself and launch new products into a growing gallium industry supposedly desperate for a third player. How amazing is it to consider where we were, what has been achieved and where we are heading. Vertical integration is all done and the last piece was a stroke of pure genius as was the purchase of the fab a little over a year ago. Wow.

Im Betting there are eager customers waiting patiently in the wings for BluGlass to signal they are now the only pure play fully integrated GaN laser diode player with flexible form factors in the world. Who wouldn’t want to partner with such a company in this emerging growth industry. I don’t think I’ve ever seen such an amazing opportunity.

the question to ask yourself now is simple - what can these guys achieve in the next 12 months?
CLAWS?
New Products?
New Customers?
New Collaborations?
