RBC ups ORG TP to $11.25 on deal
Suspect they are overshooting on Octopus valuation.Is their maths right on this???
Our Origin Octopus valuation is now more than $4bn, or $2.35/sh based
on the implied value from this transaction. Completion of the transaction
by Origin is subject to regulatory approvals, including approval from the
UK’s Financial Conduct Authority (FCA).
I get from latest capital raising is being executed at a pre-money valuation of £5.6 billion or $11.2b AUD, implying c$2.6b valuation for ORG 23% (c$2.8b post money) not sure where RBC get $4bn
