SurgeCentre: friend or foe?

I don't know, but....

1. Lucky Phil, who first contributed at $2.30 a share, many CRs ago, has not been heard from (not a freaking peep!) since he became a 'critical' member of the BoDs, 2.5 years ago.
2. George purchased on market (as you noted). When, as we now know, there was a CR shortly after. It's a guess but this spells 'unfriendly' to me. SI did not invite him to be a part of his hobby farm.
3. Latest CR offered to Australians (who have no idea, says SI) and instos (I.e. Lucky Phil and George, as Americans cannot participate. As not Australians, SI believes they have some clue, we can deduce).
4. SI buys enough shares (he doesn't need) to be top dog shareholder.......over George, who had bought a few more than SI had a few short months ago. Looks like a pissing contest to me.

The last CR was designed poorly. Or was it? If there is one thing SI knows, it's CRs - I don't know of any other CEO that has done as many.

Interesting times. In the snake pit. We are all collateral damage. Hold some cash back - this game ain't over yet.
