Great post. It is a really tricky decision to know to be in or out of the stock on Jan 15. The result will undoubtedly move the share price one way or another. Though, I would add to your suggestion to not only to vote no to all three resolutions, but also back it up by voting no to the remuneration report at the AGM to get a strike against the board for this BS which will add to the pressure.
Last time shareholders gave them a strike it stopped ZEPOs being issued for 12 months as the board feared being spilled.
