No need for dissapointment.
They are a bit late with deal no. 2 but hopefully it will arrive soon.
Tightly held shares atm and people buying in to rights issue at approx 20% premium to issue price says to me that the issue will be fully subscribed.
Therefore I would be happy for the next deal announcement to come out post record date. I dont expect selling ex rights to be huge but would be good to have carrot of next deal keeping shareholders in until more value is added.
Specially looking forward to news on the report to Roche - CEO has already indicated it will be positive.
All looks OK atm.
