Oh squizz…..there are so many things wrong with the inputs and the outputs of your model it is hard to take it seriously.
1. NZ is half a billion, with no buyers at this value. Never $680m
2. Platform at $1.3m plus? Not based on BT being worth well under one billion with no buyer at that price.
3. Bank with declining NIM would struggle to get to a maximum of $2 billion.
and then the maths in the model is just wrong.
I will give it about $1.40 fair value and a 33% discount to fair value.
