broker expects 12 month return of approx. 60%, page-2

Hi faking,

Got into this stock today. My valuation (Intrinsic value) based on EPS of 0.16 , and a ROE of 40 ( forecast ROE for 2011 based on the EPs of 0.16 is actually 50) and a discount rate of 13% is around 1.80 and i think this is conservative. I liked the look of the store ( la senza) in presentation, very catchy and classy as well, so i feel that this could be a good earner for them .
Additionally on a ROE and EV/EBITDA comparison this is amongst the top 5 stocks on ASX . trading on 4 times EV/EBITDA 2010 . Will look to accumulate on dips.
Chart shows 13ma crossed 50 some time ago so TA looks good as well ( although i'm no expert)
