Labour rates/cost of living in Cambodia certainly helps. The recent drill reports indicate that in Cambodia and WA that more gold to be produced, extending the life of mine in Cambodia considerably. Once full ownership is achieved in WA the company will fast track their mining operations so as to pay fully franked dividends.
