The reason to support the SP is for the instos to exit with profit.
They have the desire and resources. Throw in an announcement and we have lift off. Limited, most likely but significant.
I'm reading from the playbook (that has been used for every other CR previously).
All IMO. Past performance is no predictor of future performance. Yet, I'm backing it to happen. I call it the: Oh My (&) Gawd play.
