I doubt it.
He's probably having lunch and working on closing out the Cap service agreement.
I'm pretty sure he knows that only revenue in the bank is going to move the SP north at this point. Any other announcements re new deals is not going to materially impact the SP until there's a steady stream of cash flowing into the bank, at which point the new deals will just be adding more cream on the top.
