Its a 'watch you rear view mirror' implication that first appeared on the weekend from another poster.
People obviously get frustrated when things haven't turned out the way the envisaged or at least much more slowly. But that's no excuse for that sort of traceable behavior should something ever manifest explicitly. A very slippery legal slope fraught with some nasty implications of their own.
Great when can catalogue them.
