Yeah - exactly only someone there would know the exact details but geotechnical issues usually means problems with the catual ground (faults and unexpected structures) and or ground being more hard or broken than expected.
In May 2023 it was all under control according to Andre Labuschagne:
But obviously later on this did actually effect Cu production from underground, so the story changed between the 30th May 2023 Operations Update and the Annual Report. Thats the kind of thing that pisses some people/investors off - sure investors understand that this is mining, and shit happens, but at least be timely and honest in your communications and don't look like you are trying to "gild the lilly".
