REE & LITHIUM HUNTER with significant exploration upside
The acquisition they pulled off just days prior is no small feat. Enova Resources has now become a multi-faceted company with exposure to two of the most talked about and critical minerals in the world, being Lithium, and Rare Earths, namely Ionic Absorbed Clays (IAC)
They have managed to secure land within and in proximity to the Pocos Rare Earth Complex. Now I'm sure some people doubt whether the bigger tenement is inside the alkaline component.
From a geological perspective, it does NOT have to be within for it to be REE enriched, and they are still able to achieve super high grades, especially on the edge of the crater/caldera. Also, any map of the complex is 2,000,000: 1 so they are not reliable for scale purposes.
The JUQIA prospect is also very interesting as it sits directly adjacent to an operating mining operation within an alkaline body. A quick google search will come up with SOCAL's mining operation and it's not hard to depict that the mineralology can host clay-hosted REE.
On the lithium side, they managed to secure some significant tenure in all the right areas, and next to all the big players. The G4/G5 post-collisional granites which are a proven host rock for lithium are in close proximity of the tenements, which is what you need and what you want.
The Lithium Valley is a new initiative that will gain worldwide attention as the region will soon become a lithium powerhouse. Hence why some major car manufacturers are moving directly to Brazil, closer to the supply chain.
The tenements feature mapped pegmatites already if you scroll on the public data, not sure why they did not mention that, perhaps they are accessing duing DD but always a good sign. Seems they want to underpromise and over-deliver.
The directors have not been paid a dollar for many years, to me, that seems like they are NOT a lifestyle company, which is another tick.
The top 20 also holds 88%, and I think it will be very hard for someone to build a decent position.
The chart has bottomed out, with very little free float, I can see this going 3c + with ease?
