except you have ten times the gain to make up from $1 . Much easier 10 cents to $1then half the shares you had and have to go from $1 to $10. As well after consolidation most times the share drops in half so you in effect would have to go 50 cents to $10 to make same gain of 10 cents to $1. No thanks . Only ones who would like that are the ones with billions of shares will not work for most of us .
