The OP though made the (to me, outlandish) suggestion the lessor may up stumps and take his/her gear elsewhere if they thought BNL was dragging the chain ...
Your link seems pretty clear that could happen at 90 days notice but only after three years have elapsed.
I read that to mean the drill rig is secure (providing all other terms are met of course) for 3 years and 3 months from the start of the deal.
Sounds pretty locked-in to me.
