"Courts don't like having their time wasted", oh the irony, your theory about AVZ's intentions about the previous case was to waste the court's time.
If you read through my posts, you would have discovered I don't just think they will lose because they lost against Fat Tail before, for example in the original post I said: "I am baffled as to how everyone thinks AVZ has done everything correctly. My opinion is, it would probably be easy to demonstrate exactly what Fat Tail is trying to demonstrate." (71529625) In other words, I believe if you think they can't prove ASX listing rules were broken or Corporations Act violations occurred, then you must have your head in the sand.
What I have learned from the responses I have received from AVZ shareholder's is they are unwilling to read any statement I make in full, instead, they just cherry-pick whatever they can to create a strâwman argument, hoping that would be enough to distract from the impending doom.
