i'm simply pointing out facts
they did a bad cap raise which diluted shareholders into the stratosphere. to only raise $1.2mil
They have burnt alot of what they raised in less then 1 qtr and will need to call a special meeting to do another raise soon.
these are some major company structural issues. They cannot keep tapping the markets for capital
pretty sure they draw down from the acuity ATM which means they've created even more bagholders
