Looking at the below from the Azimut announcement you would think that common sense would eventuate to an agreement to ensure the resource on both tenements are fully accessible.
If no agreement is forthcoming then AZM pretty much miss out on the main zone and footwall extension and only have the newly discovered 3rd peg to mine, if they don't find any other pegs further south then their resource will be insignificant.
WR1 on the other hand have will not be limited and still have access to a very large ore body, if there are further pegs to the north then the pit would be easily extended.
The pit restriction would not be present both East and West, so at this stage any apparent pit restriction will not be a major issue for WR1.
