The cap raising is one thing, it’s now up to PB to convince the market that the Saudi off-take is not a pipe dream.
If he gets that right the market will soon forget about the badly timed cap raise.
Look at AMD, they’re in the process of a cap raise at .1¢, yet it’s trading strongly at .4¢. That’s because David Flanagan joined the board and all of a sudden the market is starting to believe in their flagship asset.
Market sentiment towards PB isn’t great, but that will all change if he manages to get the Saudi’s onboard.
