Hehe what are you talking about, clearly this terrible result is due to the "deteriorating trading conditions", has nothing to do with the BOD participating in blatant accounting fraud that went on unobstructed up until when the new CEO pointed out that it was illegal, so they fired her (who now going to get a hefty compensation).

She in turn have aired her concerns publicly, information that then in turn trickled to the Deloitte who found holes all through the books, however have then been dismissed as well and a new auditor engaged...but also found all the same shortcomings as the original auditor....but those pesky "deteriorating trading conditions"....

This is a mess, and BOD continues to excuse themselves, the purge is happening, however not to the extent that it needs to.
