PXA may need to initiate further cost reductions, although it would be likely to opine it's already announced those that are feasible.
There's every chance of further RBA cash rate rises in 2024 (despite what the markets have been suggesting lately, which is that such moves have finished). If rate rises occur, in theory the demand for property transactions should decrease.
