From my understanding of the statment, it is
not a done deal yet, other parties are able to
bid,there could still be a bidding war. Is this
right?

Had a look on US markets gg or goldcorp closed
at $43.80 do we look at US or Canadian markets?

Any one with a bit more knowledge would be
appreciated. Thanks in advance.
