Koeck's 12-month sign-on bonus of 20,000,000 shares valued at $760k is 2.4% of Titomic's current Market Cap.
The board hasn't delivered the revenue growth or profits that would otherwise justify these types of ridiculous pay increases. $15.2M loss for FY2023.
