I am thinking that 'miracle' is probably going to be some overseas pharma or maybe US DoD (DoD specifically mentioned in the interview) funding trials.
I am not sure how they would directly benefit from the rebate as I do not know the details.
As I see it, basically 50% of RCE's MC just walked in the door via rebates & the SP is moving accordingly.
Just have to wait and see I guess. .
