It's already a takeover from within now they have the board numbers.
It remains to be seen if any other parties are interested in lobbing bids.
Presumably before throwing big money at it, the newcomers should have a good idea if it is of interest to other oilers and its worth.
Run it up the flag pole , see who salutes.
There's no doubt it is in play. There will of course be lots of speculative money entering looking for a quick profits.
