The red tape is much worse than we ever imagined. Each permit is applied fo then lobby groups lodge complaints. Information is collected and heard and a decision is made. There is 6 months for 1 permit We have heaps of permits. Some a lot more complicated compared to the minor re-entry we have been blocked on for 2 years.
What about building a chemical plant? The due process of full permitting is going to take years. IF we can start construction late 2025 that would be absolute best case scenario.
