"2) The Court rules in Ferroglobe’s favour. Anteo are driven bankrupt by massive legal bills and penalties. Anteo cede their IP to Ferroglobe to cover costs. SH are left with nothing."

I don't see the outcome of 2 as being so dire. We had our battery IP locked in before we started dealing with Ferro. We went to them as at the time, we believed they had the best? highly refined silicon and through them we could reach their end users.

The relationship broke down and now Ferro are protecting their business

I believe Ewen and David when they told us that Ferro's claims are 'baseless' 'unsubstantiated'

I also believe the major players we are dealing with are not bothered by the court case. EV1 appear to moving full steam ahead.

We also have the life science division that might surprise us with more revenue in the short-term. The $250k from SI sure was a surprise to me. What's in the works there?
