tcisboss - I'm from WA, didn't know there was a Wyndham in SA...

on an alternative note, I'm starting to think that property prices can and will keep going up (from my traditional view of the bubble bursting).

I have noticed for some time now, the state govt has put the brakes on capital expenditure for essential residential infrastructure (water/gas/power etc).

Wouldn't this act to inflate the housing bubble even more?

First we had FHOG, then foreign investment and now this...

Or do they just want to increase urban density rather than sprawl?
