    I multiplied that 12 cents x 10 though. I may be wrong but isnt the 12 cents equal to a PE of 1? Also would I be very conservative of multiplying by 10, due to a company with an IRR of 34% likely to have a significantly larger multiple?
    Correct me if im wrong
