You will not be able to get shares in Peak unless you know someone in the company.

Stick to SUR it will be our only chsnce to participate in multiple appreciation.

If Peak lists before 14/12/2010 it will open high anyway.

I'm hoping it does not list by then and we hit oil in Well #1 which is the firm well and Directors change their mind.

At least we will have 42.5% Read the JV deal. Also if we don't get Governmnet approvals by 3/10/2010 then the deal is off and SUR should approach either CVN or it's Partner or do small cap raising after approval received say at 10c
