Not really sure why the need for the capital raise? There is enough funds currently to wait for FDA approvals for their main source of future revenue.
No FDA clearance until at least 6 months.
No real revenues due to failures of company in delaying FDA application and the issue with Influenza B testing.
No real success in the UK or Europe markets, and yet are paying huge salaries to sales channels.
Why should the company be given extra funds to waste, and their incompetence is showing.
