Rights issue would be different to a SPP? I have called for this in the past as it rewards long term holders with a large number of shares.
Also seems that we are getting the opportunity for more than sophs in this one so it seems that Scott is giving retail an opportunity here.
The other question is renounceable or not? If yes, holders who don’t want to participate can sell their rights on market.
