So on the offer detail is says "An entitlement offer to existing shareholders to raise up to approx $15 million. The final terms of the Entitlement Offer will be determined at a later date"
So essentially my take is:
- Doing an 'Entitlement Offer' not an 'SPP' to get round the 12 month rule (even though they are essentially the same' - Distribution eg 5 for 1 will come at a later date (guessing early Jan)
