A bit of a garbled (AI?) release, confusing anodes and cathodes
Here's LG Chem's official release, confirming they will produce NCMA and other future gen cathode materials at the Tennessee plant:

One other big piece of associated news this week:
NIO's CEO livestreamed a test drive in their EV7 model and clocked up 1044KM with 3% of charge remaining, using their 150kWh Welion solid state pack:

While the chemistry would be a closely guarded secret, from what I can gather it is solid-state electrolyte diaphragm, silicon composite anode, and a high-nickel cathode for longer range on a charge regardless of the weather conditions:

Although the Welion website's cell packs look to have 281 Wh/kg specs, the pack used in the NIO is reported to have a 360Wh/kg rating.
Currently the pack is as expensive as an ET5 sedan; but it's early days and would be ideally suited to NIO's battery swap model.
