I can't imagine why the AVX board doesn't want to divert its precious resources away from its core business of antiviral therapeutics and into dermal fillers and fat burners. The synergies are obvious. The rest of the investment community must be wrong as it stands out like a definite winner. Unlike the 90% of mergers that fail to add value, this one is bound to work.

Of course it has nothing to do with the cash in the AVX bank. How could I have been so blind.
