    Same thing happened with EXR this month. Retail holders take the risk of buying up before drilling and when the results are good they do a cap raise shortly after so insto investors can get in at the same price as retails holders did without taking on as much risk + plus options for themselves. Painfully necessary however...Hopefully IVZ SP holds up better.
