What's the alternative? Neil seemed pretty keen to raise funds and get Grandis going very quickly once gas flowed to the surface. I'd hope this was done on the basis of him knowing the potential of Grandis and the value it could give us.
It sucks but if it's short term pain for a great net benefit, I'm happy with that.
