Sorry, but there is a 'significant demand' from many parents for schools to have more male role models given how many children lack this at home, but never a push from governments to encourage more males to enter the teaching profession. It all seems one sided, with a view by radical Marxist feminists that men 'don't matter' infecting decision making.
Similar to how large swathes of Australian business (though thankfully not REH) embraced the disastrous 14 October referendum 'yes' campaign', it's another example as to how so many business leaders become divorced from commonsense views held by community members who live in middle distance and outer suburbs and rural areas.
Female plumbers need to be able to do 'all' that a male plumber can do: otherwise, they ought be paid significantly less. Contractors or employees ought not be able to 'pick and choose' what aspects of a job they do. Competency (and if running one's own business) business acumen for the role are some of the key required attributes.
If there was a 'significant' demand for female plumbers, entrepreneurs would have already met that. Fact is, the vast majority of 'tradies' (not just plumbers) are male, and work whatever the domestic makeup of a residence.
