No ulterior motive. I have traded in and out of PPG, PGH for many years as well as others such as NCI.I actual work in the industry so have some knowledge in that respect.I have a dislike for the market when "Rich and influential people" can get their way at the cost of smaller holders.I have been burnt by this type of scenario a few times.I try to post stuff that I believe will happen rather than let emotions take over the situation.I wasn't trying to encourage people to sell into the offer, I was merely stating my belief that Ruffy will get what he wants, nothing more. Do I agree with it, no.Having said that, but I do genuinely believe that the work needed to turn around PACT needs to be out of the Public scrutiny and things may need to get worse before they get better.Ruffy built the business through many, many acquisitions, however he never rationalised the business and ended up with a hoch poch of business in some cases competing against each other.If he take sit private and delists, he will not be easy to work with and the cost of minority shareholder action will outweigh the upside benefits. I am just taking a realists approach.By the way OI haven't posted for a while because I have been busy!Hope that provides some clarity
