A fair chunk of the last CR which required back to back usage of placement capacity is going to paying his salary.
Maybe ask your MD to take a pay cut to a salary that reflects SP performance
can't imagine they'd be able to do much with a miniscule exploration budget and buys less then 5 holes a year!
