1 for 12 is the only way to make it equal for all based on the amount they have indicated they want to raise and the number of shares on issue. Any other way would be giving certain individuals preferential treatment which would not go down well and complicate the whole process. As with many rights issues and entitlement offers they may allow you to subscribe for more than your allocation, but you would only get more if others didnt take up their entitlement.
