Percentage% plays mate. Your not a fortune teller. Give yourself a break. Its a reasonable call at .12. However there's a fair amount of resistance just getting over .105. And with christmas . peeps packing up shop for the holidays, there's not much volume. Any news wouldn't be good of good timing when there's no body around. So I guess who ever has put it into a holding pattern, its prob in the companies best interests.
