I understood the min amount was 2mill which was fully underwritten with the extra $250k if the demand was there.. good sign and why wouldn't you fill your boots @ 2.5c + free opts ... 100-200% upside just to get to what used to be very dirt cheap levels in value for the PARKS REEF project... recent and present lows is just insane and makes nil sense unless PGM's...
