    I think you’ll find that their adherence to the laws about commenting on matters before the court override ASX rules about continuous disclosure.

    There is a hierarchy of laws. For instance, you have the right to own a gun. You don’t have the right to walk into a school and shoot students with it. Maybe not a perfect analogy but you get the drift.
