In its most recent phoenix like rise the chemical process to extract the revenue producing resins all that is necessary raw material is a wood chip source.
The chip source could be either in house sourced from timber mill process waste or other suitable stage.
The residuals from the process can be fed back into the pelleting process.
No need to get involved with the black pelleting manufacture at all.
Just get the plant up and ready to run as a stand alone operation.
